Mindy Hallford, CTIP

Mindy began her career in the real estate industry in 1999 in the Dallas area. She transitioned to title insurance in 2005 and has never looked back. With her combined years of experience in residential real estate and title insurance, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every closing. Her professionalism and enthusiasm puts all parties at ease during the closing process, while her dedication and commitment to going the extra mile are the keys to her continued success. Mindy enjoys meeting clients at the closing table and making that personal connection which creates clients for life.

Additionally, in 2015 Mindy took on the challenge of becoming a “Certified Title Insurance Professional.” This rigorous certification process, through the Texas Land Title Association, is designated for title professionals with experience and knowledge in both escrow/settlement and examination/abstract areas.

As the Condominium Department Manager, Mindy has streamlined the complexities of closing large volume condominium projects. Her attention to detail and organizational skills provide stability and consistency for developers, lenders, realtors and buyers.

Mindy and her husband live in Austin with their two daughters, grandson and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family, training with her dog, reading, hiking, camping, and running in 5K races. As a cancer survivor, Mindy is a supporter of both the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mindy also serves on several committees at TLTA to help improve education for all title professionals in Texas.
