Cooper Drenner

A lifelong Austinite, Cooper Drenner holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Texas. Cooper joined Heritage in 2011 with the title of Commercial Business Development Representative. Cooper has a diverse background in commercial real estate with experience in leasing, brokerage, debt origination, and land entitlements. Cooper’s eclectic background allows him to be an asset to his clients from across the country in a variety of ways and has given him extensive market knowledge in Texas. Cooper also has a deep knowledge of economic development in Central Texas and spends considerable time involved with the Greater Austin Economic Development Corporation.

Cooper is involved in a wide range of organizations in Austin. Throughout his career, Cooper has been an active member and served in many roles at the Real Estate Council of Austin. He was recently appointed as a member of the council’s executive committee. Cooper has also previously served on the management and executive committees for the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and Hill Country Conservancy. He is a proud member of the Associate Council for the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the McCombs School of Business and the school board of Austin Achieve Public Schools.

Cooper and his wife Camille had their first child, Henry, in 2016 and are happy to call Austin home.
