Office Locations

Heritage Title offers residential closing services at three locations, the Westlake
branch, the Downtown branch, and the Tarrytown branch.

Downtown

From MoPac Expressway (Loop 1), take the First Street/Cesar Chavez exit. Continue on
First Street/Cesar Chavez to Congress Avenue and take a left. Turn right onto Fourth Street;
the entrance to the Frost Bank Tower parking garage will be on the left on the North side of
Fourth Street.

From IH 35, take the First Street/Cesar Chavez exit and proceed west on
First Street/Cesar Chavez. Turn right onto Brazos Street and continue north to Fourth Street.
Turn left onto Fourth Street; the entrance to the Frost Bank Tower parking garage will be on
the right on the North side of Fourth Street.

Reserved Heritage client parking is available on the Mezzanine level when entering from
Fourth Street, or you may park in any unreserved space. Our offices may be accessed
through the interior garage elevator.

Westlake

From MoPac Expwy. (Loop 1), take the 2244 Rollingwood/Westlake Hills exit.
Go east into the Barton Oaks Plaza complex. Heritage Title is located in Suite 100
of the Barton Oaks Plaza Five building. Reserved client parking is located at the north
entrance of the building with additional visitor parking on the west side.

Tarrytown Branch

From MoPac Expressway (Loop 1), take the Westover Road exit. Go west on Westover Road
to the light at Exposition Boulevard. Take a left at the light, then an immediate right into
The Carillon surface parking.
