Heritage is an independently owned and operated agency located in Austin, Texas. Founded in 1984, Heritage has shown consistent growth and achievement during both the depressed and robust periods of the Texas real estate economy. Now in its twenty-fifth year of operation, Heritage has grown to be one of the largest title agencies in the state. While size may be important, the recognition we have received for the quality of our service is even more pertinent. Heritage has received numerous service awards over its history, including the Distinguished Agent Award from First American Title Insurance Company and the prestigious President's Quality Performance Award from Chicago Title Insurance Company. In fact, Chicago has recognized Heritage for six consecutive years as one of its top dozen agents out of a field of 3,100 agents in America.
