Kathy Nunn

A fifth generation Texan born in Houston, Kathy Nunn moved to Austin in 1972 to attend college at the University of Texas. After working in real estate for several years Kathy found her calling as a commercial escrow officer, a position she has enjoyed for almost 30 years. Kathy joined Heritage in 1993, excited to have the opportunity to work with a company that maintains the highest standard of care for both its clients and its employees. Known for her enthusiasm and creativity in problem solving, Kathy strives for excellence in herself and others and feels her day is not complete if she does not learn something new or help another. Kathy's significant experience in closing complex commercial transactions together with her positive mentoring style have culminated in her current position as Commercial Escrow Manager. Kathy participates in a myriad of charitable organizations but her passion for real estate has resulted in a special dedication for housing of those most in need.
