Holly Pearson

After spending her childhood in League City, Texas, Holly Pearson moved to Austin, where she attended secondary school and quickly embraced Austin as her new home. While attending The University of Texas at Austin, she worked tirelessly to earn her BBA with a concentration in Marketing. She also found time to participate in Longhorn Cheer and serve two years as the Co-Captain of Texas Pom. In 2007 Holly joined the commercial Business Development team at Heritage Title Company of Austin. She has spent her time learning the projects, people and political landscape of the Central Texas Market. Holly participates as an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin, thereby remaining acquainted with rapid developments around Austin. Her integrity and professionalism serve Heritage clients well.
